This year Wanumetonomy Golf and Country Club hosted the 2022 Rhode Island Amateur Championship, on Monday, July 11, 2022, through Friday, July 15, 2022.  The week’s activities were dedicated to the players of the RIGA Tournament.  During the tournament, Dalton Balthaser, of the Rhode Island Golf Association interviewed several Wanumetonomy personnel to create an overview of the club and to acknowledge the Club’s 100-year anniversary.
